 Xi’an Fangzhou Engineering Consulting Co.,LTD(“FZEC”) was founded in 1994, FZEC is a professional service company engaged in engineering consultation and supervision. The subsidiary has the grade-A supervision qualification certificate issued by the Communications Ministry of P.R.C., the ISO 9001:2000 quality guarantee system certificate which is accepted by 26 countries, and the grade-B certificate of highway engineering consultation. The firm specialized in consultation and supervision for highway engineering; compilation, design and modification for tender documents; development of engineering techniques of highway, bridge and tunnel as well as the transfer of research achievements; design and construction management for highway and bridge as well as software development, etc.
Over years, FZEC has absorbed and trained almost 600 professional technical experts and supervision engineers with strong business capability. Our company has the advanced survey and test equipments and the professional test center of engineering experiment, with completed quality guarantee system, effective management system and countermeasures. The subsidiary is especially good at supervision for large-scale expressway, super-large bridge and tunnel engineering, treatment for soft soil base and landslide, engineering management for projects with loans from some international financial organizations, etc.
In recent years , keeping the quality policy of “strict management, good quality,  clients satisfaction and contractors conviction”, the subsidiary has undertaken and fulfilled over 40 supervision duties for all kinds of projects such as large highway bridge, expressway and tunnel. By the end of 2007, the supervision mileage is more than 1000km for expressways, 20 cross-river bridges, and over 80km for tunnels. Among the supervision projects of the subsidiary, there are many awarded projects by the Communications Ministry of P.R.C. and the State Council, and FZEC in succession won the titles of “Advanced Group of Engineering Supervision Organization in Traffic System”, “Good Supervision Enterprises”, “The First of Brand-name Enterprises in Chinese Highway”from the government .
